Architect/ Project Architect
We are seeking creative, energetic team players who are passionate about design to join our multi-studio practice. Candidates must be graduates of accredited architecture programs with 3-7 years of experience and licensure in process or completed. Professional growth opportunities are available in our aviation, academic, civic/cultural, lifestyle and workplace studios. Strong communication skills and a sound working knowledge of architecture principles are essential.

These Architects/ Project Architects will have day-to-day technical responsibility for the project including:

  • Communicate the project related issues and decisions to the client
  • Assist with project presentations to the client and others as required
  • Work closely, on a day-to-day basis, with the project designer and other team members
  • Coordinate the drawing work of the design team
  • Develop design documentation for the work to be accomplished
  • Coordinate the efforts of the specialized consultants
  • Meet established project budgets and schedules
  • Establish and maintain the project quality control measures
  • Administrate the architect and consultant activities during the documentation, bidding, and construction phases
  • Coordinate with the construction team, on a day-to-day basis, during the construction phase of the project
  • Effectively utilize technical software and graphic tools; with required proficiency in Revit, some knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD, and competence in Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Participate in firm-sponsored training and professional development activities

Design Architect
We are seeking a creative, energetic architectural designer who is passionate about design to join our Multi-studio practice. Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited architecture program with 5-15 years of experience and licensure in process or completed. Our architectural designers work in conjunction with lead designers; establishing design concepts, planning and laying-out projects, and creativity solving functional and spatial project requirements. Architectural designer involvement continues throughout the project duration to evolve and detail the design. Strong communication skills and the effective use of graphic and visualization tools are essential. Participation in business development activities and design presentations in collaboration with other project leaders is likely.

The Design Architect will have the day-to-day responsibility for the design of the project including:

    • Communicate design issues and decisions related to the project
    • Conduct project presentations to the client and others as required
    • Work closely, on a day-to-day basis, with the Lead Designer and other team members
    • Develop the programming and space planning requirements with the client
    • Develop and review the design aspects of the project throughout all phases of the project
    • Meet established project budgets and schedules
    • Effectively utilize technical software and graphic tools; with required proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and AutoCAD, and competence in Adobe Creative Suite applications
    • Participate in firm-sponsored training and professional development activities

Interior Designer
We are seeking a creative, energetic interior designer who is passionate about design to join our Multi-studio practice. Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited interior design program with 3-8 years of experience. NCIDQ Certification desired. Professional growth opportunities are available in multiple practice areas.

Our interior designers work in conjunction with the project team; establishing design concepts and creativity solving functional, finish, and spatial project requirements. Interior designer involvement continues throughout the project duration to conceive and evolve the interior design. Strong communication skills and the effective use of graphic and visualization tools are essential. Participation in business development activities and design presentations in collaboration with other project leaders is likely.

The Interior Designer will have the day-to-day responsibility for the interior design aspects of the project including:

    • Communicate design issues and decisions related to the project
    • Participate in project presentations to the client and others as required
    • Work closely, on a day-to-day basis, with the design lead, Sr. Interior Designer, and other team members
    • Develop and document the programming and space planning requirements
    • Research, select, and integrate appropriate finish and material selections that comprise the overall design palette of the project
    • Research, select, and specify appropriate furniture, fixtures and equipment for the project and assist the client with the procurement
    • Develop and review the interior design aspects of the project throughout all phases of the project
    • Meet established project budgets and schedules
    • Effectively utilize technical software and graphic tools; with required proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and AutoCAD, and competence in Adobe Creative Suite applications
    • Participate in firm-sponsored training and professional development activities
